Welcome to Elm Dining, home to a truly special dining experience in Bright, Victoria. 

At Elm, you are made welcome and treated like one of the family.  

Channeling the inspiration of Head Chef Monica Melendez, the Elm kitchen offers a “made with love” seasonal menu where the best produce of the region is the local hero. To add to that, our front-of-house team deliver a simple, stylish experience with warmth.  

To round out the evening, our Sommelier will recommend perfectly matched wines from our extensive cellar, comprising of wines from both local and international wineries.

Elm Dining Under New Management​

The multi award-winning Traverse Alpine Group (TAG) took ownership of Elm Dining in September 2021 and is committed to delivering excellence, delight and value to all new and returning guests.

The guiding hand at TAG belongs to Albury-born Rosy Seaton, the successful hospitality woman behind the award-winning Astra Falls Creek and the revitalized Boat Shed at Lake Hume. With Rosy overseeing the operation, Elm will offer a sophisticated dining experience that also reflects her passion for the region.
