Our menus are created with fresh seasonal produce, and therefore change regularly in line with the seasons.  Elm offers a range of menu options from casual bar snacks to a full a la carte dining experience.

Elm’s seasonal menu is designed around the finest local produce available. Our menu will change to reflect the season, and seasonality of ingredients. 

The Elm team has well-established relationships with many local and Victoria wide growers which means the kitchen has access to the best produce from the best producers.

Our menu is designed for you to connect with each other in the shared enjoyment of a great meal that creates memorable moments.  Put simply, our kitchen cooks pure, seasonal, ingredient led dishes full of flavour and goodness.

At Elm, we are dedicated to accommodating dietary requirements with prior notice.  Elm cannot guarantee an allergen free kitchen.

We offer our Tasting Menus Tuesday, Wednesday, Fridays & Saturdays with our Summer Menu available for Thursday evening.  Please note, our menus change regularly.  Therefore the menus below are a sample of what you can expect.

Beverage Menu

The village of Bright is nestled in the Ovens Valley at the foot of Victoria’s Alpine playground, and Elm takes full advantage of this wine-rich region. Cool climate wines prevail in the Alpine Valleys and High Country of Northern Victoria; where the breath-taking scenery of rivers and mountains is matched by the varietal splendor of regional viticulture. Matt extends the range by adding his favourite Yarra Valley vintages to the sumptuous wine list, along with some legendary delights from Australia and around the world.

Without pomp or procession, we have compiled an “in the know” wine list to please everyone. We also make some mean cocktails & mocktails and offer a super line of local and imported beers.
