Elm Dining’s seasonal menu is crafted around the finest local produce, evolving regularly to reflect the freshest ingredients available. With strong relationships with local and statewide growers, our kitchen has access to the highest quality produce from the best producers in Victoria.
Our menu is designed to foster connection, encouraging guests to share and enjoy a meal that creates lasting memories. At its core, our kitchen delivers pure, ingredient-led dishes that are both seasonal and packed with flavour.
We are happy to accommodate dietary requirements with prior notice, though we cannot guarantee an allergen-free kitchen.
Elm offers both an à la carte dining experience and a special Chef’s Selection menu. Groups of 6 or more are required to enjoy our Chef’s Selection menu at $115 per person. Seating time for groups of fewer than 6 people is 1.5 hours, while for larger groups, it is 2 hours.
